What is the Arizona Sports & Events Alliance?

We’re the state’s lead organization dedicated to attracting, supporting, and delivering major events across Arizona. From site selection and planning to execution and legacy-building, we help event organizers tap into a powerful network of statewide support.

What kinds of events do you support?

We support high-profile events across sports, entertainment, culture and commerce — including national championships, tournaments, fan festivals, all-star games, and more.

How do you work with event organizers?

We act as your on-the-ground partner, helping coordinate logistics, align local stakeholders, and promote your event. Our team becomes an extension of yours — streamlining everything from hotel blocks and site visits to marketing and public safety.

Do you only work in Phoenix?

Not at all. While many events take place in Greater Phoenix, we’re a statewide organization with partnerships in cities and regions across Arizona — from Tucson and Glendale to Flagstaff and beyond.

Can you help with volunteers?

Yes! We help recruit, train, and manage large-scale volunteer programs that ensure guests have a welcoming and organized experience from the moment they arrive.
